Short answer questions

Answer the following questions in a few brief paragraphs.

Recommendations

Each applicant is required to obtain two recommendations. Please provide contact information for these individuals below. It is strongly encouraged that at least one recommendation be a professor or university staff person. If you are new to campus and don't yet have a faculty or staff person to ask, two recommendations from off campus individuals will be accepted. Student recommendations will not be considered among the two required recommendations. Applicants are responsible for contacting the individuals who will be completing their recommendations and providing them a link to the recommendation form: https://chaplaincy.richmond.edu/programs/pilgrimage/costa-rica/recommendation.html. All forms are due by the application deadline, Monday, July 25 at 5:00 p.m. Applicants whose recommendation letters have not been received by this date will not be considered for participation in the pilgrimage.

I am also aware that if I am unable to participate in the pilgrimage, my deposit will not be returned. Typing your name and the date will serve as your electronic signature.
