Short answer questions

Answer the following questions in a few brief paragraphs.

Recommendations

Each applicant is required to obtain two recommendations. Please provide contact information for these individuals below. At least one recommendation should be a professor or university staff person, and we encourage you to have a personal, spiritual, or religious mentor write your second letter. Recommendations should be able to speak to your communication skills, capacity for self-reflection, and emotional maturity. Student recommendations will not be considered among the two required recommendations.

Applicants are responsible for contacting the individuals who will be completing their recommendations and providing them a link to the recommendation form at https://chaplaincy.richmond.edu/programs/pilgrimage/holy-land/recommendation.html. All forms are due by the application deadline (November 7), including recommendation letters. Applicants whose recommendation letters have not been received by this date will not be considered for participation in the pilgrimage.
