  • Do I need to secure a ticket?

    Tickets are not required for this event. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • What time should I arrive?

    The doors to Alice Jepson Theatre will open at 6:30 p.m. No guests will be permitted inside the Theatre prior to this time. If you wish to secure a good seat, you may want to arrive by 6:30 p.m.

  • Where should I park?

    The Alice Jepson Theatre is located in the Modlin Center for the Arts on the University of Richmond campus. The Modlin Center is building number 453 on the campus parking map. Weinstein-Rosenthal guests may park in lot W87, which is located immediately behind the Modlin Center. Overflow parking will be in W85, the lot located across the street from the Jepson Alumni Center, which is building number 442 on the campus parking map.

  • May I reserve seating for a group?

    There is no reserved seating for this event. If you are planning to bring a group to the event and wish for your group to be seated together, we encourage you to arrive before the doors open at 6:30 p.m.

    While seating may not be reserved, it will be helpful to us in our planning to anticipate if faculty and staff intend to bring their classes or student groups and local organizations intend to bring large groups. Please email Bryn Taylor, associate chaplain at bryn.taylor@richmond.edu with the following information: Your name, the organization’s name, the group name, how many you expect to attend, and your mode of transportation.

  • Is there parking and seating for guests with disabilities?

    Parking lot W87, located behind the Modlin Center, has several accessible parking spaces. The overflow parking lot, W85, also has several accessible spaces. Within the Alice Jepson Theatre, there are several rows designated for guests with disabilities, and there is an elevator located within the Theatre.

  • May I take photos or videos at the Forum?

    The use of video and audio recording equipment and the taking of photographs in the Modlin Center for the Arts is strictly forbidden. The management reserves the right to confiscate any such equipment.
