Study Break for the Soul / Stress Out Day

Tues., Dec. 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Wilton Center

Stressed out from all the final exams, papers, and projects? The Chaplaincy & CAPS have combined forces again this year to offer a joint Study Break for the Soul and Stress Out Day!

Join us for excellent food in the downstairs area of the Wilton Center. The menu will include chicken tenders, mac and cheese bites, holiday treats and a hot chocolate bar. Mindfulness activities will also be offered and will begin every 15 minutes in the Interfaith Prayer Room. Chair massages will take place in Pathways lounge and multiple crafts will be available. Reiki sessions will also be offered for the first time this year! Fun games will be located in the main chaplaincy suite and, as always, dogs will be outside on the Quatrefoil, ready to snuggle, as long as the weather allows! All are invited to join us.

This year all students who attend a minfulness opportunity will be registered to win an essential oil diffuser so join us for some rest and relaxation during this busy time!
